You can now contact the GP surgery via E Consult which you will find on the front page. This is an alternative way of contacting your doctor for health advice.

***Please note with immediate effect our doors will be closed, however our phones are open. Please only come to the surgery if you have pre booked appointment. Please contact us via the phone or online services.***

If you or a member of your family have cold or flu like symptoms, a persistent cough or high temperature please self isolate for 14 days. If you are not better after 7 days or feel you are getting worse, call 111 who will provide you with further care.

We offer Online Access to our patients for booking appointments, ordering prescriptions and for viewing parts of your own medical records, using Patient Online Services. To register for this facility you will need to fill out an Online Services Request Form, available from Reception at the Surgery.

Pharmacists

Mr Shwan Rashid

The Practice Pharmacist carries out medication reviews and medication queries. He also supports the Clinical Team. He can provide urgent book on the day appointments.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Attached Staff

A number of health professionals also visit or have surgeries in our premises. These include district nurses, counsellors and community psychiatric nurses.


Trainees


We provide training at the Practice and like to train our staff and give opportunities to those wanting to work in the NHS. 


Dr Sutherland is a clinical supervisor and we may have from time to time trainee members of staff such as nurses, medical students and apprentices.
