All our patients now have an allocated GP, if you are unsure who your GP is please ask at reception.

We offer Online Access to our patients for booking appointments, ordering prescriptions and for viewing parts of your own medical records, using Vision Online Patient Services. To register for this facility you will need to fill out an Online Services Request Form, available from Reception at the Surgery.

Repeat Prescriptions

Please give two working days' notice for repeat prescriptions with collection after 14:00 on the third working day.

We suggest wherever possible please make the request by using the repeat prescription request form attached to your last prescription. You can hand in the form personally at the surgery or send it by post. Please note If you want us to post your prescription to you, please include a stamped envelope. We also have a collection service with certain local pharmacies.

The practice can send electronic copies of patients' prescriptions direct to any pharmacy, even ones near to your place of work if you work out of town. This is now operational although not all prescribed items can be sent electronically. It saves patients collecting paper copies from the practice. Ask your preferred pharmacy to set you up to have your prescriptions sent directly to them.

Repeat prescription requests can not be taken over the telephone.

You can also order your repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using this service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, pharmacist, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
