Noticeboard

If you use Patient Service Online please contact us to re-register for this service.

We have switched to a new computer system. Please be patient during this time as you may experience some delays.

There will be a period during this change over where the surgery cannot register new patients. You can apply and will be registered as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Do you think the practice could do better? Do you want to share your ideas and opinions? Please feel welcome to join our Patient Participation Group. Please call 01304 225559 and ask for Danielle.

All our patients now have an allocated GP, if you are unsure who your GP is please ask at reception.

We offer Online Access to our patients for booking appointments, ordering prescriptions and for viewing parts of your own medical records, using Vision Online Patient Services. To register for this facility you will need to fill out an Online Services Request Form, available from Reception at the Surgery.

Do you look after a member of your family or a friend? Please let us know if you are a carer.

We are currently accepting new patients.
